Q: Does HughesNet have an Early Termination Fee?

A: HughesNet Service Plans require a minimum service commitment of 24 months. If you terminate service prior to the expiration of the commitment, you will owe, and your credit or debit card will be charged, the Early Termination Fees and/or Unreturned Equipment Fees as described below.

HughesNet Early Termination Fees for purchases made on or after 09/02/08   No termination fee if order is cancelled before installation.
